You have misplaced your De’Longhi instruction manual?
De’Longhi is a well-known small appliance manufacturer based in Treviso, Italy. The Artista Series espresso machines, the De’Longhi gelato maker and the Pinguino portable air conditioner are just three showpieces out of a huge range of high-quality products. This includes all types of coffee makers and their accessories, kitchen appliances, such as electric ovens, deep fryers, kettles and other small equipment in the home segment, like portable heaters, or air-conditioners and dehumidifiers.
There are many cases in which it is required to have the user manual for the device available. If, for example, you want to buy an additional original spare part or accessory for your De´Longhi coffee machine, you can often find the necessary information in the manual. In a instruction manual the exact product designations and also order numbers of spare parts and accessories are given. With this information it is then no longer a problem to find and buy the right and suitable accessories or spare parts.

Cleaning for De´Longhi coffee grinders
You have a De´Longhi coffee grinder? When you use it often to grind beans for fresh coffee, you will notice that coffee fats and oils accumulate in the grinder's grinding mechanism over time. These deposits can lead to a slightly bitter taste of the ground coffee and also limit the proper functioning of the coffee grinder. For this reason, the coffee grinder must be cleaned regularly. You will be rewarded with an aromatic, freshly ground coffee powder! Cleaning also has a positive effect on the durability of your coffee grinder.
How do I clean a coffee grinder? Disassemply the coffee grinder is complex and sometimes a little complicated (provided that the manufacturer has indicated this as a possible method of cleaning in the operating instructions).
A cleaning product is a simple alternative. This granulate is filled into the empty bean container and ground briefly. When doing this, the quantity should be dosed according to the instructions for use. Depending on the ingredients of the granulate, it may then be necessary to grind through a small amount of (cheap) coffee beans, which are then disposed of. The cleaning granulate absorbs any remaining old coffee grounds and coffee fat and oils during grinding.
Tip: Sometimes rice or spelt grains are recommended for grinding. However, these grains are relatively hard and can therefore cause damage.
